This will also include the use of agency workers and therefore you will be expected to advise managers on the use of agency workers, undertake IR35 assessments, and be involved in the monitoring of the Councils Agency Managed Service contract.

As the subject matter expert you will manage the vacancy pipeline, from advert through to the final candidate hire which includes working with hiring managers to create realistic recruitment timetables and adverts, supporting them through the recruitment process ensuring practices comply with employment law and best practice, advising on media publications, as well as managing the re-deployment process, and; raising offer and contract paperwork including clearances.
